Tropical Bottoms

Tropical shorts are one of my favorite items to wear in the summer. They look cute for daytime wear, but they feel like shorts you can wear lounging around the house! These shorts that I received from Dresslink are just that. I love the print, but most importantly, I really like the lightweight cotton fabric. After this photoshoot, I wore this outfit to get dimsum for lunch and then ran some errands after that. I was very comfortable all day long.

I've been having a lot of fun reviewing these new clothes from Dresslink! I feel like with this collaboration, I have been able to be more creative and choose items that I wouldn't normally wear (I couldn't resist these leisure shorts, though!). Honestly, we all work hard for our money, so we're all slightly hesitant to invest in pieces that we don't know how to style in multiple ways. My rule is: If I can't style it in 3 different ways, then I just won't buy it. Although I am receiving these items from Dresslink, I want to make sure that I am giving you guys the most authentic reviews possible. I work really hard to make sure that my outfits are fun and wearable for you guys! I see my blog as a way to challenge myself and to create the best content I possibly can. I get so happy when you guys comment and tell me that I gave you a new idea or a new way of wearing an item you already have in your closet. It's seriously the best feeling.

Anyways, I hope you guys have been liking the outfits I have been putting together. It feels so good to get back into the grind of blogging. I have really missed it!
